• Training Progression Analytics: Active duration, completed lab steps, flags submitted, and scores to measure operational capability.

• Device & Connection Info: IP addresses, browser types, and access timestamps recorded in our security logs for threat detection.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your information is processed for the following purposes:

• Training Delivery: Provisioning sandbox environments and tracking your learning status.

• Support Services: Resolving technical issues or support tickets submitted to support@hackerforce.io.

• Platform Improvements: Analyzing anonymized usage trends to optimize training workflows and content depth.

• Threat Protection: Auditing log data to prevent malicious usage or unauthorized exploits targeting our own systems.

3. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

HackerForce uses essential cookies and local storage tokens to maintain your active authentication session, save user preferences (such as the selected visual theme), and secure training sandboxes.

Detailed preferences and management guidelines can be accessed on our dedicated Cookie Policy page.

4. Third-Party Service Providers

We do not sell your personal data. We share information only with trusted processors necessary for service delivery:

• CourseStack: Our training and sandbox orchestration infrastructure partner.

• Discord: When you opt to link your user identity with the HackerForce operator community.

5. Data Retention & Security

We store personal data only as long as necessary to fulfill the training objectives or comply with legal audit logs. All stored credentials are encrypted, and we employ strict access controls to prevent unauthorized data exposure.

6. Your GDPR & Privacy Rights

Under European data protection regulations (GDPR), you possess rights to access, correct, export, or request deletion of your personal data held by us.

To exercise these rights, please contact our privacy compliance mailbox at legal@hackerforce.io. We process valid requests within statutory timelines.
