Terms of service

Welcome to HackerForce. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and services. Please read them carefully.

Last updated: June 8, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the HackerForce public portal, storefront, or educational materials (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not access or use the Services.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and HackerForce S.A. [PLACEHOLDER]. We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time, with updates indicated by the "Last updated" date.

2. Ethical Use & Authorized Training

HackerForce is an elite Red Team cybersecurity training ecosystem. All tools, code snippets, labs, methodology, and instruction materials provided on this platform are for educational, research, and authorized security testing purposes only.

Under no circumstances may you employ platform resources, techniques, or instructions to perform unauthorized scanning, exploitation, disruption, or hacking of any external network, server, or client infrastructure.

You are solely responsible for ensuring you possess explicit, written permission and compliance authority before deploying or utilizing any technique learned through HackerForce in real-world environments. Unauthorized activities are strictly prohibited and may violate local, state, federal, or international cyber laws.

3. Training Infrastructure & Sandboxes

The public portal serves as a showcase, gateway, and brand interface. Training content and simulated Red Team operations are delivered via our external Armory platforms and the CourseStack delivery infrastructure.

Your interaction with the active lab sandboxes, terminal consoles, and target environments is governed by separate service terms and acceptable use guidelines provided at the launch of each training session.

We make no guarantees of continuous availability of sandbox environments and reserve the right to terminate active instances that violate safety boundaries or consume abnormal infrastructure resources.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, including text, graphics, logos, images, course material, labs, challenges, documentation, and the underlying codebase of the HackerForce platform, is the property of HackerForce S.A. [PLACEHOLDER] and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other proprietary laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the public portal and view showcase materials for individual educational purposes. You may not distribute, reproduce, or resell any part of the training syllabus or assets without express written consent.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

HackerForce does not warrant that the training will guarantee operational success, employment opportunities, or absolute security against threat vectors. Cybersecurity is an evolving discipline, and the techniques showcased represent operational methodologies that must be evaluated within specific context.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall HackerForce S.A. [PLACEHOLDER], its directors, employees, or partners be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to systems failure, unauthorized intrusion, or loss of technical data.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Belgium, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of these terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Brussels, Belgium.
